Insurance Requirements

All exhibitors must submit their proof of insurance as per Liability Insurance section of the 2024 Exhibitor and Sponsor Terms & Conditions.

Download the sample COI and guidance document below to assist you with answering any questions you might have. This document can be provided to your insurance agent/broker. Proof of insurance must be submitted by August 31, 2024.

There are three ways of submitting your Certificate of Insurance:

1. Log into the Exhibitor Service Center and upload using the "Certificate of Insurance" task.
2. Email to anna.ohara@nyssba.org
3. Mail to:
