Freeman is the offical service contractor and is responsible for booth furnishings, materials handling and more. Encore is the exclusive electrical and internet provider for the New York Hilton Midtown.

Your booth includes:
- one (1) 6' skirted table
- two (2) chairs
- Carpet

Find information on where and how to ship your materials, order additional booth furnishings (see above listing of what is included) and more can be found at FreemanOnline.

Due to extremely limited dock space at the New York Hilton Midtown, ship your materials to the Freeman advance warehouse. Your materials will be brought to your booth for you to set up. Shipping to the hotel can result in your package being refused by the hotel or delivered to the hotel's package center which will result in additional charges.
