About the Education Expo

As an organization, NYSSBA represents more than 90% of the public boards of education and BOCES in the state - 5,000+ leaders who guide a statewide public education system that spends more than $86 billion a year, employs nearly 520,000 people and serves 2.4 million children. And NYSSBA's Annual Convention & Education Expo has long been the premier event for reaching them. With more than 150 exhibiting companies, the Education Expo encompasses nearly every aspect of equipping and managing school districts.

Booth Rates:
10'w x 8'd Standard booth: $2,000 per single booth
Larger/multiple booth spaces are available, contact Anna O'Hara to discuss options.

Each Booth includes:

• Up to four (4) full Convention registrations for booth staff for the first booth, two (2) additional full Convention registrations are included for each additional booth.
  • Each full Convention registration is valued at $540 each by Sept. 9, $590 each Sept. 10 and after
  • All registrants must be employees of the exhibiting company
• Booth furnishings
  • 6' draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Standard booth identification sign
• Standard visibility
  • A 50-word Company listing on our Website and Convention Event App
  • Company listing in up to three (3) product categories
• Admission to all engagement activities on the Expo floor including food and beverage
• Access to the Convention Event App
• Sponsorship opportunites
• Access to NYSSBA's negotiated hotel room rates (visit www.nyssba.org/convention for more information)
• Attendee mailing lists provided approximately 30 days before and after Convention (includes name, title, organization, district mailing address and NYSSBA area – no email addresses are included)
